Take your mindful practice wherever you Wander to. This ring is hand hammered from from sterling silver with a double finger ring with bronze to help support it upright when worn. A threaded tube are soldered to the top with careful attention to design and functionality. This allows for different size hum bowls to be swapped in and out for different hum sounds. Bowls are interchangeable. We are all different everyday, and our 'being' might be asking for a different frequency. Collect all hum bowls!

When ordering:
I will need your ring size, so at time of purchase add your size number to the box where you can add a note/instructions to me. If you do not know the size here is how to find out:)
You can do this with a string and ruler. Wrap string around finger, hold it where it meets the end, open it, and measure the length. (I can covert this into the ring size).
